He also asked to change the rules to allow these items. The committee discussed the procedures for changing the CC&R's with him. </div> <bR> <div> Agenda Items:</div> <div>      1. Bronson Residence: 456 Oceana Dr (Lot 252):  Final approval was voted on and granted.  A letter for the county will be written.</div> <div>      2. Deposit review:</div> <div> Rush Residence:  400 Oceana Dr (Lot 82) - Deposit return was denied because the construction was not completed within time restraints and the house color is not of an approved color. Homeowner will be notified by mail.  </div> <div> Rinkor Residence:  34 Kailua Way (Lot 101) - Deposit return was denied because the construction was not completed within time restraints and the house color is not of an approved color. Homeowner will be notified by mail. </div> <div>      </div> <div> Discussion of following items:</div> <div> Design enforcement - Review of the governing rules and discussion followed.
