Dale also notified the Board that the towing company could no longer tow cars from private roads due to their insurance. A suggestion was made to try using wheel boots like other HOA's are doing.  David has been tasked to investigate legal and feasibility issues. </div> <div> Dale also provided 5 Safety Patrol Reports for the months of May and part of June. </div> <bR> <div> Members Forum:  </div> <div> None</div> <bR> <div> Treasurer's Report: </div> <div> Bob Bell submitted report for the Board to review.</div> <div> Insurance policies have been renewed Bob asked to have another board member review purchased policies. David will do review.</div> <div> New accountant/Auditor. At the last meeting, it was decided to stay with the people we have for now and to continue to explore the possibility of new options. </div> <div> Budget review for Semi-Annual members meeting.</div> <div> A motion was passed to form a Subcommittee to structure the future Reserve Budget. </div> <div> A motion was passed to renew our contract with Levy and Ev?  </div> <bR> <div> Design Review:  </div> <div> Chuck Chamberlain was not available for Design Review Committee activities.</div> <div> Dick suggested that we have someone on the board help out Chuck for now and be a contact person for the board and the Design review committee. David will be the contact and will have changes made to the OMA web page noting these changes.</div> <bR> <div> Roads Traffic Drainage:</div> <div> A speaker for, A Small World Tree Co. was asked to attend this meeting to discuss the problem we currently are facing in the gully on Parcel A and K. A large number of trees have died, this creates a fire hazard. A Small World Tree Co. believes that the remainder of the trees will also die, because of a fungus carried by a wood boring beetle.   </div> <bR> <div> Other business:</div> <div> Functions and representatives for OMA web site will be sent on to Alan </div> <div> Dennis has called people to be guest speakers at the July Home Owners meeting </div> <div> An agenda has produced along with disclosure statements for Members Meeting</div> <div> Dale will be doing a yard waste pick-up the following day.</div> <div> Arrangements for supplies have been made for the social hour following the meeting.    </div> <bR> <div> Correspondence: </div> <div> none</div> <bR> <div> Next Meeting:  </div> <div> 9:00 A.M.
