A complaint was filed for renters over 12 people in the house and cars parked in the street after dark at 480 Oceana Dr.</div> <div> Board passed approval for Dale to make improvements to the greeting island up to $1000.00. </div> <div> Trees in the common areas and Parcel K need to be evaluated for trimming and some removal.  The Board agreed to have an arborist make an evaluation.  The neighbors will be notified by Dennis.</div> <div> Towing procedure for unauthorized vehicles is set up.  Dale will add the necessary stickers to the signs. </div> <div> Spartan Security will be budgeted for 3 day weekends with some extra days to allow Dale to have days off. </div> <bR> <div> Members Forum:  </div> <div>           None</div> <bR> <div> Treasurer's Report: </div> <div> Bob Bell reviewed report.</div> <div> Unit 1 collections are complete, all but 1 unit paid.</div> <div> Dennis has agreed to prepare a procedure with agreements to facilitate the collections for the future. </div> <div> Bob discussed requirements for budget and reserves.</div> <div> New budget will be completed by May 15</div> <div> Motion was passed to regain control of a fund from EBMC.</div> <bR> <div> Design Review:  </div> <div> Chuck Chamberlain was available for Design Review Committee activities by phone.</div> <div> No new Design submittals / None received. </div> <div> Revised Guidelines will be distributed for comment period.</div> <div> Tree and view issues at 19 & 23 Kona.  Dick and Dennis will be looking into that today in Chuck's absence.  This issue is possibly resolved.</div> <div> 395, 401 & 420 Oceana is in progress with the actions taken by the probable new owners.</div> <div> Discussion occurred about the Design committee and issues facing it.</div> <div> The owners of 459 Oceana were talked to about the pot hole in front of their house. Their contractor is responsible for the repair. </div> <bR> <div> Other business:</div> <div> Board Officers re-elected for next term as follows:  Dick Kapash - President, Dennis Furby - Vice President, Secretary - David Shaw, Treasurer - Bob Bell. </div> <div> The Board reviewed the accounting of the ballots for the election of members to the Board. </div> <div> Preparations for July Members meeting Bob will contact the Tomales Town hall.</div> <div> Distribution of Members Roster will be done by David.  A form will be drafted and will need to be completed by members requesting a roster.</div> <bR> <div> Correspondence: </div> <div> A letter drafted by Dennis Furby and Dick Kapash to address revised Design Guide. </div> <div> Letter from buyers of 401 Oceana Drive</div> <bR> <div> Next Meeting:  </div> <div> 9:00 A.M.
