Dale requested  a letter to the Marine County Sheriff Office giving them the ability to write tickets to tow.  </div> <div> Discussion on parking tags transfer to new owners upon sale and if they do not know the new owner would receive new tags. (Replacement cost for owners is $75)</div> <bR> <div> Members Forum:  </div> <div>       None</div> <bR> <div> Treasurer's Report: </div> <div> Bob Bell reviewed financial report for February, and has received recommendations to consider for a new auditor </div> <bR> <bR> <div> Design Review:  </div> <div> Chuck Chamberlain was available for Design Review Committee activities by phone.</div> <div> Requests included trex material for decks at Tahiti Way and Lot 103 for building.</div> <div> Guideline revisions for alternate siding will need to be put out to the members for a 30-day comment period prior to Board approval in accordance with the bylaws procedure.</div> <bR> <div> Other business:</div> <div> The board appointed Pam Welling to be the Election Inspector of the ballots. No results at this time.</div> <div> Roster is ready for member distribution, but only on an “As Requested” basis.</div> <div> High-speed Internet access will be removed from the board agenda until new information is received.</div> <bR> <div> Correspondence: A letter drafted by Dennis Furby and Dick Kapash to address continuing view issues was approved by the Board and will be sent to the parties involved.  </div> <bR> <div> Next Meeting:  </div> <div> 9:00 A.M.
