Board of Directors

January 20, 2007  

Called to order at 3:45 pm by Dick Kapash.  OMA Board Attendees:  Dennis Furby, Bob Bell, Chuck Chamberlain, Dick Kapash and David Shaw.

Minutes approved for December 16, 2006 BOD Meeting.

Review of General Membership meeting.  Discussion of member's meeting and attendance.

Nominations for the Board of Directors.

Procedure and procurement of information concerning Board nominations were discussed.  A list of members nominated was produced.  David and Dennis will put together information to be mailed out to membership as required.

The next Board meeting will be held on February 17, 2007 at 9:00 am.

There being no further business, Dick Kapash adjourned meeting at 4:10 pm.
