MISSION STATEMENT
Oceana Marin Association Board of Directors
The primary function of the Board of Directors is to conduct the business matters of the Association with due diligence in accordance with the governing CC&R's and By Laws.  In order to accomplish these tasks in an effective and efficient manner, the Board utilizes the services of others, both OMA members on a volunteer basis and paid consultants or contractors where appropriate, to assist with specialized functions such as legal, accounting, design review and security tasks.

Further, the Board strives to accomplish our tasks with a minimum of intrusion into the private lives of individual owners and residents so that we all may enjoy a simpler and more peaceful lifestyle, which is why most of us choose to live in Oceana Marin.

While we recognize that the boundary between the Association and individual members can be a fine line at times, the goal of the OMA Board of Directors remains to perform our duties with minimal intrusion upon the membership.
