OMA Safety & Maintenance

Dale Holmes provides safety and maintenance services for OMA.  The list of safety services provided are to monitor compliance with CC&Rs guidelines, and specifically include:

PARKING – Warning violators of non-compliance with Parking Rules. If no action taken by the offending party, matter is referred to the local Sheriff for ticketing of the vehicle(s).

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLES – Keeping an eye out for what might be perceived as a suspicious vehicle. If observed, inquire safely when possible. Refer any action to be taken to the local Sheriff.

RENTAL UNITS – Monitoring occupied rental units for compliance with the CC&Rs. If non-compliance is observed, politely advise the renters. If non-compliance persists, refer action to the Board of Directors who will take the matter up directly with the rental’s owner.

TRASH PICK-UP – As scheduled by the Board of Directors, pick up trash/brush on designated date/time.

SAFETY PATROL – Periodic drive-through’s within OMA grounds. Monitor for what is articulated under PARKING, RENTAL UNITS as well as materials/greenery/brush that may be piled/stacked in the streets.

CONTRACTOR ISSUES – Educating various contractors on the Association rules if they should be observed violating them.

ON-CALL – Being on call for all of the above.
