If no action taken by the offending party, matter is referred to the local Sheriff for ticketing of the vehicle(s).</div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700f000000000.png" HEIGHT="16" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">SUSPICIOUS VEHICLES – Keeping an eye out for what might be perceived as a suspicious vehicle. If observed, inquire safely when possible. Refer any action to be taken to the local Sheriff.</div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700f000000000.png" HEIGHT="16" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">RENTAL UNITS – Monitoring occupied rental units for compliance with the CC&Rs. If non-compliance is observed, politely advise the renters. If non-compliance persists, refer action to the Board of Directors who will take the matter up directly with the rental’s owner.</div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700f000000000.png" HEIGHT="16" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">TRASH PICK-UP – As scheduled by the Board of Directors, pick up trash/brush on designated date/time.</div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700f000000000.png" HEIGHT="16" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">SAFETY PATROL – Periodic drive-through’s within OMA grounds.
