These are permanent placards and are serialized and recorded for each lot. </div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700f000000000.png" HEIGHT="16" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">All prior generation guest passes are no longer valid.  After a short grace period, guests who use the old white placards with the colored dots will have their car tagged and/or towed. Please destroy your old placards.</div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700f000000000.png" HEIGHT="16" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">For OMA members having parties with more than three guests, you may get one day special event parking passes for your guests by simply calling Dale Holmes at 707-878-2054.</div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700f000000000.png" HEIGHT="16" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">Please remind your guests that they should display these on their rear view mirrors with the serial number facing out when they park during the day on OMA streets.  These permits are <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#CC0033" FACE="Arial" >FOR DAY USE ONLY</FONT>.  There is <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#CC0033" FACE="Arial" >NO OVERNIGHT PARKING</FONT> on OMA roads due to frequent visibility hazards. </div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700f000000000.png" HEIGHT="16" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">Should you misplace a placard you may contact the OMA Board of Directors at OMHOA@yahoo.com, or at PO Box 65, Dillon Beach, CA  94929.  There is a $75 fee for each replacement parking placard.  The serial number of your misplaced placard will be noted as invalid, and a new number assigned to your lot. Vehicles found parked with an invalidated placard will tagged and/or towed.</div> </td> </tr></table></body>
